Just a short question:

is AFS (Arla) RPC based? I was asked by our netadmin people
who in our campus is using port 111 for extra campus
services and I spontaneously said, yes, we are using AFS
(although not presently under FreeBSD) - they wanted to regulate
port 111 at the central router since we are suffering from
attacks recently (preferably sun machines got compromised)
