The hesiod package contained two files, was a subset of the misc
package, had no package list, and had broken contents (for people
using libc 4.6.x), so I removed it from /mit/linux/packages.
Most people won't have noticed problems, since they probably installed
the packages in alphabetical order, but this is better.
