Problems with Hesiod

I was having problems doing Hesiod name resolves. Apparently the software
wasn't setting the recursion-desired bit in the name service queries.
I also discovered that you fixed the problem shortly after I picked up
the software (Jan 9). However, the hesiod.tgz package still contains
the old "hesinfo", which will do the wrong thing. "hesinfo" is in both
the misc.tgz and hesiod.tgz packages. I certainly would have considered
it part of "hesiod" not "misc", but that's my opinion.
