DOS and quiche

Well, I'm slowly making progress with quiche and booting DOS.  I have
successfully formatted the partition for DOS, and installed a very minimal
set of DOS utilities and some unix-like ones, too.  Sal was kind enough to 
add msdos to the LILO config file, so if anyone wants to run DOS 5 on the
machine, hold down the control key while rebooting, and tell LILO that you 
want msdos instead of linux.

Next steps are to make the arrangement of files there a little more reasonable
(I had a hungry APO person breathing down my neck trying to drag me off to a
dinner trip when I did the install, as it were), get the rest of the magic
"boot from DOS off the net" program, and defrag programs on the partition
and see about actually doing the work.

Oh yes, Sal was talking about getting real emacs on it, but until then, I have
an old copy of microemacs so that noone has to learn edlin.
