After checking with Sal , and learning that noone is currently using /dev/sda4
on quiche (in fact, it is not mounted), I'm going to start using it for
testing DOS-Linux conversion stuff, and so will not be responsible for data
left there.
If more disk space is needed in another partition, let me know - fips needs
a spare partition to allow splitting, so we'll need to shift space between
partitions, and can't just split /dev/sda4.
