I'll see about making shared libs of the Kerberos libraries, but I see
your point. At this stage, lets keep debugging turned on for
*everything* since we have the space (and make sure it's a makefile
variable) and then when we rebuild things for the release, we can turn
it off (be sure to use -g -O2 rather than just -g...)
