There are a really large number of linux-activists channels as far as I
can tell.  They seem to range in topics from PPP to SCSI to PCMCIA and
many other things.  I don't read them because I get too much eail
as it is...  Regardless, it would be really useful to spool as many of them
as possible into netnews or into discuss (preferably one group per channel).

Maybe new-tty refers to Ted's new tty code that was introduced somewhere
in 0.99pl15?  Just a guess...
