I replaced the symlink in /afs/sipb/project/tcsh/.bin.i386_linux1/tcsh
with the binary I built a while ago, since Derek's AFS stuff for Linux
1.1.40 seems to run binaries out of AFS pretty well.  (It's kind of
slow with the memcache, but it works.)
