I'm not convinced that /sbin or /usr/sbin should be in the default
user path. They aren't for suns, and /etc and /usr/etc aren't for the
other platforms.
(sure, *I* use them, but I'm not sure they should be the user default
for linux when they aren't for the other platforms)
