I repartitioned Keesh and installed Slackware 1.2.0. I didn't install
a lot of packages, so if something seems to be missing, feel free to
install it. Here are the changes I've made so far:

- Configured lilo.
- Configured the network.
- Installed /usr/athena from a backup made last night.
- Installed /usr/src/athena from a backup made last night.
- Installed /home and /etc/passwd from a backup made last night.
- Added the athena stuff to /etc/services and /etc/inetd.conf.
- Made it run named and copies the athena named.* files.
- Added afs to fstab.
- Added zhm and gettime to /etc/rc.d/rc.local.
- Made /usr/lib/zoneinfo/localtime point to us/eastern.
- Probably some other little stuff that I've forgotten.

Here's the partition table:

sda1 - 100 meg - Base Linux system.
sda2 - 100 meg - Extra space (currently /tmp)
sda3 - 100 meg - Extra space (currently /usr/tmp)
sda4 - 331 meg - Sipb Linux stuff.

For convenience, sda4 is divided into 4 logical partitions:

sda5 - 25 meg - /usr/athena
sda6 - 150 meg - /usr/src/athena
sda7 - 16 meg - swap space
sda8 - 140 meg - /home

Obviously, sda2 and sda3 would be a good place for NetBSD, or Dos, or
the Slackware source tree, or... be creative.

Here's what's not done yet:

- Xlogin is not yet running, I'll play with that sometime soon.
- Bsd sendmail is not installed, I want to give smail a chance.
- The swap partition is not actually set up yet.
- Mh should be recompiled... Everything should be recompiled, really.

Remind me to stop reinstalling the damn machine so often, it's getting
annoying.

Have a nice day.
-Sal.
