I've been meaning to mention this: (and Erik beat me to it, although
he didn't give the exact command): At work, when I tried to NFS export
from Linux to either Ultrix or SunOS, it _always_ failed.  (Not just
"flaky", it failed 100% of the time.)  So I asked on colh and found
out that from these (and probably most other) O/S's, you have to use a
mount comand like:

mount -t nfs -orsize=2048,wsize=2048 linux.machine:/part /mnt_point
