The xmh that you have came with your linux distribution. We do not
distribute it.
The xmh that Athena has is old, from X11R3 I believe. Xmh was updated
in R4. Linux uses R5. You don't want to backtrack. The buttons are
all modifyable by Xresources. If you don't like them, fix them! ;-)
