After 3 hours of screwing around trying to find the right libraries
and the correct things to do with the Makefiles in contrast to the
documented things to do to the Makefiles, I have decided to punt for a
while.

If there is someone who is up to speed on getting a c-client library
built with both SSL and Kerberos, the mailsync program can probably be
built by them with ease.

Meanwhile, I am going to go some place and try not to visit the various
developers of this software with a cattle prod in a futile attempt to
teach them release engineering through pain association.
