I think there's lots of people running Linux-Athena, because that's
the only reasonable option they had when they wanted to install.
Debian might be a much better fit for some of these people, thus they
should get announcements about it.
If the mail's clear about which is which, but not excessively verbose
or frequent, I think it should go to linux-announce (yes, this is very
subjective, but I believe everyone present has sufficient judgement).
After all, if we're going to have an announcements list, and tell people
that being on it will make sure they get all relevant announcements,
we should live up to that.
