This is an interesting question. I'd been meaning to ask whether it
was ok for me to put linux-announce on release-announce. The theory
here is that the poeple who are on linux-announce are there because
they used one of SIPBs installers to install linux-Athena on their
workstation. It seems like it might benefit both those users, and I/S
to have them receive the announcements about changes to the Athena
release. Some of these people might well be interested in
sipb-debian, but I don't know if that is a larger or smaller
(overlapping or not) group than those who will be interested in Athena
release announcements. If we do decide the list is more appropriate
for debian stuff, I'd like to at least send mail to linnux-announce
first, suggesting people add themselves to release-announce.
Thoughts?
