Have you checked from another machine, whether you are in fact on the
network when you're at the NFS server selection screen?
Whether or not running 'ping hostname' from another machine (where
hostname is the hostname you're trying to install as) gets an answer
will tell us whether your card is getting you on the network at all,
or whether you're hitting an NFS/network problem.
