It's extremely unlikely that someone could reach sipb-nfs if they
cannot reach w20ns.  Unless the named process of w20ns has died. ;) I
don't remember if the current bootdisk loader will supply the sipb-nfs
address in all cases.  It _USED_ to be the fact that it would only
supply sipb-nfs to net-18 hosts.  However, the new one might supply it
in all cases.  I'd have to check the code.
