to get the contact and billing information set correctly, you should
use the web form at:

since this isn't on a dorm network.
Accounts: that workstation name should have been athena.lcs.mit.edu;
I've given it hesiod information appropriately.
Linux-dev: It looks like the installer messed up, and didn't give us
enough of the hostname in the body of the mail. This seems like a bug
we should be able to fix.
