It would be good to offer the install guide in html (possibly in
addition to postscript) since many users do not understand .ps
anymore.

I would suggest changing the last sentence to:

  If possible, create an additional 100Mb partition with a mount
  point of /usr/vice/cache for the AFS cache. The partition type
  should be Linux.

That makes it sound more important, it also gives people a little bit
better idea why they are doing it. If the user has used linux before
he may still not be familiar with what /usr/vice/cache is. Also, disk
druid (IIRC) will require the user to set the partition type, and I
could see users thinking that Linux Swap is the right thing.
