Credentials, and quiche

quiche's /etc/athena/login/Xlogin was mode 444, so no one could log
in, because the execle() failed.  I changed it to mode 755.

My invalid client credential problems resulted from Slackware not
setting my /etc/HOSTNAME.  This file should contain the unqualified
machine name (e.g. "maze").
