Linux-Athena installer problems

I've run into what appears to be an insurmountable problem with the
network SIPB Linux-Athena installer. I get as far as the SIPB-Red Hat
screen in X, then it hangs. After hitting Ctrl-Alt-F1, I can see these
error messages:

If you can help me out, I'd appreciate it. I created the boot floppy
today; it is apparently revised from those I've used previously (more
defaults are filled in).
