With my ops hat on, I've been meaning to make the afs2ftp translator
service supported (it's in testing on amusing.mit.edu, and I need to
deploy the new server as afs2ftp.mit.edu).

If we verify it works out of the sipb cell via amusing.mit.edu, that's
probably enough. My recollection from when thg was testing stuff is
that given a server, it doesn't just work.
