I almost hate to suggest this, but we might want to (eventually)
consider using filsys groups with fallbacks to read-only NFS copies we
provide for certain pieces of software (netscape, moira clients, etc).
This increases reliability and weakens security. I wouldn't use it
personally, so I have no personal opinion.
