It should ask for the user's username, and include that in the mail.
Note that we've also got a request from Oliver to include the Minimal
Standard Athena URL.

The wording I suggested for review was:

  In order to enable your machine to automatically take Athena updates,
  you need to register it with Information Systems (the registration
  process creates hesiod cluster information for your workstation,
  allowing it to find the correct update to take).

  If you are a student, and this is a student owned machine, please
  enter your Athena username below, and choose register.

  If you this is a departmental or lab machine, you'll need to go
  through the web form to register.  For this, and to answer any other
  questions about the registration process, please see:
    http://web.mit.edu/acs/min-std-athena.html

I'm not attached to the precise wording, but we should keep the URL,
and the suggestion that lab users use the web form.
