Sendmail concept

Ok, I just had an idea for dealing with the sendmail config issues.
First, you have to realize that sendmail.cf is handled in the athena-rc
package. I propose that we change this, slightly:

	1) Add a new config file, /etc/athena/sendmail.cf.outgoing, which
sends mail to outgoing.mit.edu
	2) Create two new packages, athena-sendmail-cf and
athena-sendmail-cf-offcampus, and move the sendmail scripts from
athena-rc to these two packages.

The standard install will just include athena-sendmail-cf, which will
use the (current) standard sendmail.cf file. People who are installing
offcampus machines can either change the symlink manually, or we can
recommend that they install the athena-sendmail-cf-offcampus package
instead.

If we want to be really cool, we can have the packages try to determine
if the machine is on or off campus and try to do the sane thing.

What do people this of _this_ idea?
