I don't agree. While it might be nice, it seems like an overall
lose. Most people *are* usually connected, but having netscape in
/usr/bin will override the infoagents one, meaning they lose all
the (nice) infoagents setup. Perhaps we can put in a "Laptop"
option or something, but most people aren't going to be
disconnected.
