Under 5.2, /usr/bin/weather exists and points to a weather
server that doesn't exist. However, it ends up in peoples' paths
before weather from other lockers. I'm not sure what we want
to do about this, if anything. I've heard complaints about
this on 4.2 machines as well and hadn't thought too hard about it
until I recently got inspired to look into it...
