I've volunteered to write _inessential_Linux_.
If anyone has any suggestions/tips/info that they think I ought
to include in this document, please forward them to me.
(nocturne@mit.edu)
At the moment my goal in writing iLinux is to provide the
average clueful athena user with a guide to procurement,
installation, and configuration of linux.... and to explain how to
install various useful Athenaisms which the average Athena user
will be interested in, such as kerberos, zephyr, and an afs-nfs
translator client ...

If there was anything you found particularly nonintuitive about
the installation of linux and various packages, please tell me
about it.

I'm particularly interested in comments/help regarding the
SLS and TAMU releases, as the release with which I am most
familiar is Slackware.

thank you!
