This is a problem with the package including quota; quota isn't being
installed setuid root. It's harmless, though.

/afs/sipb/project/tcsh/tcsh doesn't point to anything on an
i386_linux3 machine; this isn't a problem with the local software.
On the other hand, I am noticing an apparently serious problem with
getting tickets:

There weren't any previously existing ticket files. Unfortunately,
the install floppy defaults didn't give me strace (bug!), so it's hard
to tell what's going on.
