Linux-Athena build tree

So, I've made a symlink farm from /mit/source-sipb into
/mit/linux/devel/athena in order to build Linux-Athena. Unfortunately
Aaron has a bunch of "patches", and I can't figure out how to merge
those patches into the tree "properly."

I've got the installation tree mostly ready, and I've even tested the
new install media (at least boot.img -- I haven't tested supp.img,
yet). I still have to setup to server install, and then setup
sipb-nfs. But we need to build the Athena packages, and I'd like a
real, working build tree first.

Any ideas?
