I should also have a a fair amount time to put into the release next
week, especially after the Activities Midway; with our usual lack of
testing, we may actually have something we can release by the start of
the term. ;-)

OK, I wrote a fairly complete outline and placed it in
/mit/linux/devel/tasklist-for-5.1. Anyone who sees anything I missed
or wants to claim a task can feel free to modify the file accordingly.
