The only obvious problems I saw are
(1) it turns out moira may eventually use uids > 32000; only uids <
100 are truly "safe"
(2) the Athena sendmail.cf uses /etc/localusers, not
/usr/local/etc/localusers.
Also, you should probably use a consistent indentation style.
