CVS with Kerberos support

I've built CVS 1.9 with the Kerberos and encryption support, and
packaged it up as an RPM file (complete with specs file and SRPM).  I
think it might be useful to include it in the Linux-Athena distribution,
since it's a more recent version of CVS, and it includes the Kerberos
support.

If nothing else, it'll be useful for developers here at I/S, especially
as we push towards using CVS more and more.  (I'm planning on getting a
dedicated CVS server for I/S, and the dosdev has managed to port
Kerberized CVS to NT.)

If people are interested, I've put a copy of the kcvs package I built in
/mit/linux/people/tytso.
