dvips, latex, latex2e,tex - dvips, latex (is there a SIPB locker version,
      xdvi officially?)

No, there is not. [La]TeX and supporting platforms are part of quote
Athena unquote. The sipb locker scripts were visibility/compatability
links for newtex. Personally, I'm not totally convinced that they
should all be carried forward to the new locker. If particular
platforms need a better place than newtex for this, then linux-dev
should talk to new-tex - especially since bert is regularly in the
same room. :-)

enscript, nenscript - is (can be?) /usr/bin/nenscript on RedHat

seems reasonable to keep, since we have other platforms also
installed.

  idraw - drawing editor

I occasionally doubt the obvious evidenc (existance) that interviews
ever compiled successfully. I personally think it unlikely that it
will continue to exist for longer than it must.

nawm - Not A WindowManager (who knows what version.)

nawm was `moved' into the windowmanagers locker long ago. The sipb
locker version can go away with the old sipb locker, IMHO.

  xmcd - cdplayer

The sipb maintainer (Sal) should talk with the consult locker
maintainer (Brett) and decide on a `Good' place for this for all
relevant platforms (again, IMHO).

---

In particular, I would like to encourage people who have time and
energy to talk to bert about newtex, as it could probably soak up lots
of time and energy. :-)
