Blah. Guess I should have tested things better first.
Issues:
- This was meant as a way to test things in the short term.
People should NOT copy things out of /afs/sipb/project/xfree86/foo
and plan to use them past the release of XFree86 3.2.
- The stuff in there is purely the XFree86 distribution
and doesn't contain things RedHat includes (such as
libXpm and xload and xv). Suggestions?
Maybe TONS symlinks up to the proper places?
- I goofed and told Derek to make this a nb volume.
(In afterthought, I have no idea why I suggested this.
Probably because of the very temporary nature of
the volumes.) If you think this should be changed,
could you change it Derek?
- After making the X11R6 symlink, you must run ldconfig
or everything that needs X shared libs will fail.
