Since Red Hat Software has now released Red Hat Linux 4.0, we should
probably follow suit with an official release of RedHat-Athena 4.0
ASAP. It's already basically ready anyway, and my new version of
iLinux-Athena is about done. (I'm happy with it, and nobody's bled on
it since I last printed it.)

RedHat has also made the release 4.0 manual freely available, so I put
a copy in /mit/linux/docs/RH-4.0-Manual.
