package reorg in linux locker

Would anyone object if I reorganized the part of the linux locker as
follows?

/mit/linux/
  packages/
    elf/
    a.out/
    lists/

We could put common stuff (eg README, kernel src, link to AFS release,
mit-named) in /mit/linux/packages and then the other package stuff in
the appropriate binary format subdirectory.

I'm not sure that the (current) pkg-lists dir is entirely up to date, so
if I move stuff around, I could rebuild the lists too.

We might want to pick a standard ending to use for the packages (eg
tar.gz vs tgz), but I won't worry about that for the moment...

Any comments?

Emil
