Done, there's a tarball in ~jweiss/Public/linux/synctree/synctree.tgz
It's system:authuser, because I'm not sure of what the distribution
restrictions on it are.
If someone want's to deal with getting this into a package of some
sort, that would be cool. Otherwise, it will sit in my homedir till I
decide to delete it.
It doesn't quite build from the sources in sipb-athena. On the link
line '-ly -ll' needs to be changed to '-lfl' (Thanks Sal). I have not
made this change in the source. If no one else does it, I'll look at
it eventually, but I'd prefer it if someone else dealt.
