Hi,
I have looked over the various draft proposals and think the information
they contain is quite good.  With examples, the principles will be quite
clear. As others have already noted, the organization is a bit confusing -
the distinction between web and application is fuzzy at best.  I would
recommend a single purchaser's guide incorporating all kinds of user
interfaces, but separate developer's guides for html versus other
applications. Also, the links to the IBM discussions is unexpected the
first time one clicks on a link. Perhaps the purpose of the links could be
clearer, especially when we add examples.

I also agree that we need to write something about what to do if no
software can be found that meets all the standards.
