Dear team members;
Would those of you who have not yet responded with your feedback on the
draft policy and guidelines please do so by next Tuesday, Feb. 20th? If
there are any team members who would prefer a discussion in person, I'm
sure we could call a meeting. However, I know how hard it is to schedule a
time when we can all meet and thought this would be a more effective way to
solicit feedback. Even if you think the guidelines are fine, please
indicate that by email.
