I just received a flyer for the 1993 Matlab conference scheduled for
this fall in Cambridge, Mass.  For anybody interested in attending or
submitting papers, here is the text of what I received:

Call for Papers:

If you've been using MATLAB, SIMULINK, and/or the MATLAB Toolboxes in
unique and powerful ways - to solve problems on the job, at school, or
in the classroom - we invite you to submit an abstract outlining your
application for presentation at the first MATLAB Conference.

Suggested Topics:
  Use of MATLAB or SIMULINK for:
	Teaching Linear Algebra/Numerical Methods
	System Identification and Modelling
	Signal Processing, Radar, Sound Processing
	Control System design
