In case anybody out there is interested, MVR2 for the Macintosh has finally
been released. The following is an excerpt from the (much longer) press
release:
>WATERLOO, Ontario, Canada, September 22, 1993 -- Waterloo Maple
>Software, developer of Maple V, today announced its newest release for
>the Macintosh. Maple V Release 2 is a major new release with
>hundreds of new mathematical functions, an improved user interface,
>typeset quality mathematics output, and enhanced support for two- and
>three-dimensional graphics. Maple V Release 2 builds on the product's
>reputation for reliability and speed, while maintaining ease of use.
Apparently they have a half-price offer available until the end of
November.
Now, if only they would do a Cray port of MVR2 ...
