I don't see any sign of the density fn's being explicitly available in
MVR2, and they aren't easily extractable from the stats package
source.  I was actually kind of surprised by this... I expected them
to be implemented as mappings using the density fn to go from the
uniform random distribution to the desired random distribution.
When I was at MSWS '93 there was a stats presentation based I think
on a revised stats package that hasn't been released yet, but I don't
know what its content is, or when it will be available.  You'll probably
need to dig out the old stats book and write them yourself.
