Users periodically get this message when running zwgc. I don't really
understand why they are getting it.
It looks like this message is generated when zephyrd sees that
notice->z_port is 0 in a subscription notice sent by a new client to the
server (client_register(), in client.c).
Has anyone seen this, or know why this might be happening? I'm running
everything out of the zephyr-8.31 distribution on aeneas. I'm not sure
if this is a bug in zhm, zwgc, or zephyrd, and it's starting to bite us
badly.
