At the Media Lab we have it running both without Kerberos and without
hesiod. The realm was just compiled in (as MEDIA-LAB.MIT.EDU), and I
dont have any problems.
I DO get syslog messages for every subscription, since the server wants
to complain about getting a subscription notice thats not kerberized...
Other than that, I've got verisons compiled for Vax, Sun3, Sun386i, Sun4/
SPARCs, and a RT...
