       Marion Leeds Carrol,
                I to experienced the fact that the download of eudora 2.2
        didn't work. Luckly, I had access to other resources. I am sure the 
        help desk will fix issue asap. The release of  Eudora 3.0 is 
        close, the decision to wait is yours. 
                As for the tether service, I think it's a good deal -
        100 hours for 15 bucks a months. Net ops is investing resources improve
        the service with greater speeds there is even a new numbers
617-679-4000.
