Hi Dave,
Windows 2000 Server is available through the Microsoft Select Agreement
that can be found at NECX. The total cost to get the equivalent package of
5 CALS, the CDs and the license would be under $150 as listed below. For
additional assistance with Select Agreement purchases, please contact
mcc@mit.edu.
Windows 2000 Servers are only permitted on MITnet as standalone and member
servers and should not be setup as Domain Controllers.

The relevant pieces you will need to get are a license, the media and the
appropriate number of CALS.
