SP4 - Where do we stand?

Hi,
We are starting to see new NT machines coming in from Dell with SP4 already
installed. The last official word I could find from I/S back in November
said that it was too early to recommend using SP4 at MIT and to stick with
SP3 + hotfixes for the time being. Is this still the recommendation & what
were the specific problems people were finding with SP4?
