Hi,

One of our NT workstations (4.0) run into a problem when visits a web site
using RealPlayer G2 (free version) at the first time. The problem happens
with using both Netscape 4.5 and Internet explorer 3.0. The system crashed
into the blue screen (NT death-screen). The top two lines on the blue screen:
Stop: 0x00000050 (0xf3c40040, 0x0000001, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
(The first parameter is very but the rest of three are always same)
Page Fault in Nonpaged area.

However, I tried a different web site, which uses RealPlayer, the system
crashes too. I tested on other NT machines (at least two--use the same
version of RealPlayer) which have no problem visiting the same web site.

What I tried:
--Uninstalled RealPlayer G2 completely.
--Installed NT Service Pack 4 (RealPlayer Support suggested).
--Reinstalled RealPlayer G2.

Unfortunately, it didn't fix the problem.

This machine has enough RAM (256MB) and a plenty of hard disk space. At
the time of crash there is no other application running.

Before I am going to reinstall the entire system I appreciate any
information and suggestion.
