I'm trying to use LPR Spooler 4.2a on WinNT4(service pack 3).
I have installed it following the directions at
http://web.mit.edu/helpdesk/lprspool/win95.html
When I print from any program (particularly after a single successful
printing), or try to show remote printer status from within LPR spooler, I
frequently get the following type of error:
"Error when querying remote printer status"
"KWLPR2.DLL error: Requested service not supported by server, or network
exception occured"
After this, the queue is disabled. If I try to enable the queue over and
over again, the error will continue to occur many times but eventually it
will go through and print ok.
